Very helpful attorney
had dispute with landlord and previous roommate. Landlord threatened me they would charge me for unpaid rent even if I moved out as long as not all tenants moved out. Thoughtful and helpful
Garrett consulted me on a tenant-landlord situation. He was thoughtful, smart, and patient in explaining the law and helping me think through the issues. While I ended up not needing to hire a lawyer, I would refer him to others based on my experience with him.
