One example that comes to mind is that she saved us the cost of buying a prepared package of documents from our condo building's management company. This would have cost us $450 and caused a delay. She also researched an LLC tax form the Buyer's lawyer presented us with, which did not pertain to our condo. We found Laura friendly, easy to work with, efficient and always helpful.

Laura helped us navigate purchasing a property in New Jersey which was new for us. It is a bit different than our West Coast and South experiences. The thing that really stood out about Laura is her responsiveness. I work with attorneys frequently in the course of business and it is not uncommon to h...ave to pester someone multiple times to get a response. I never once had to do that with Laura. Highly recommend.
