As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Joseph was there the whole time for us every step of the way. He was able to explain what was going and what to expect in words we could understand. He was always available to help answer those questions any time of the day through text message ...or email. Joseph was always quick to reply back. We were also very excited to be able to close on our property a few days earlier then expected thanks to his help and he stuck around from the beginning and till way after the closing process was over to answer any questions or concerns.
