I'm a client with an accident claim. After two years of communication, I saw how quickly they take on the case. Forget about anyone answering the phone. The secretary will answer, promising to respond, and you'll have to wait at least three months. In an emergency, you'll still get a response in thre...e months at best, which ultimately resulted in over 10,000 rubles in damages and is still ongoing. When my doctors called in my presence and wanted to ask for some paperwork, while they were waiting for the secretary's response, they told me where I found them. So, draw your own conclusions. I think a rating of 1 is still too much. I suffered physically, mentally, and financially.
