After an initial denial in my and my son’s case for adjustment of status (I-485) with a family-based petition, we were lucky to have Mr. LeRoy as a lawyer to file service motion on our behalf. He filed a motion at the local immigration office in Newark in an expedited manner. He presented very strong... arguments and was able to convince the USCIS that they were at fault in their denial and their interpretation of the Life Act’s provisions. He was able to get a reopening of the case in a very short amount of time and had us achieve permanent residence status very soon after that.
