Just want to give a huge THANK to the staff and attorneys at Tesoroni & Leroy. I would also like to give a special thank you to Mr.Leroy for taking on my case so many years ago. On Thursday ( 2-27-25 ) I became a naturalized citizen. After an initial denial in my and my son’s case for adjustment of status (I-485) with a family-based petition, we were lucky to have Mr. LeRoy as a lawyer to file service motion on our behalf. He filed a motion at the local immigration office in Newark in an expedited manner. He presented very strong... arguments and was able to convince the USCIS that they were at fault in their denial and their interpretation of the Life Act’s provisions. He was able to get a reopening of the case in a very short amount of time and had us achieve permanent residence status very soon after that. We are eternally grateful and indebted to Mr. LeRoy for all that he has done for our case, and we had been waiting for close to 20 years for this dream to come true. Don’t wanna name out but my previous attorney messed up the case and I have to leave the country. Eventually, I was referred to Att. Lawrence K. LeRoy by my friend. I was relieved when I heard Att.
