Mr. Moseley represented my father in two cases: the first case established a precedent for my father to apply for an 212h waiver in the sixth circuit court of appeals with the following case obtaining said waiver. Our case was incredibly complex given extenuating circumstances, with several other imm...igration attorneys advising that there wasn't a chance for my father to stay in the country. He won the 212h waiver and my father is safely home with us today. I need to stress that our case was incredibly complex, with my father actually being voluntarily deported. Despite this, Mr. Moseley was able to assure that he was still able to sit his hearing for his hardship waiver. Without Mr. Moseley's expert legal practice, my family would have been destroyed.
