Scott Malyk is an excellent immigration attorney. I call on him very often for complicated immigration matters. He has helped my organization process applications for visas such as TN-1s, H1Bs, B1s and L1s. Scott is very proactive in responding to my questions. We decided to do spousal sponsorship, and we found Scott and several alternates on Avvo. From our first conversation, Scott was extremely helpful, his ...office staff prompt and accurate and we felt our application was in good hands. He walked us through every part of the process, helped rebook us when the interview fell during an international trip and ensured we were prepared. We also hired him to be with us for the interview, which I recommend. His fees were almost the same as others, but the time he spent and info he gave from first phone call was far superior. We called and spoke with several lawyers when we decided to file for a green card. He never pressured us but gave us all the information we need...ed to make decisions.
