Maury R. Winkler

I had a fraud and theft case. This case happened in 1999, and I completed my PTI program. I was told I was done, but in 2010 it showed I had a warrant for my arrest in NJ. I hired Mr. Winkler, and he investigated the issue. He got me a court appearance, and got the warrant reduced to me posting $...100 bond. I paid it in court, and did not do one day in jail. Next, he investigated the matter, and put a case together that this year JAN 2011 got me a dismissal on all charges of not completing my PTI program. Because of Maury, I am truly free, and can live my life now happy and in peace with my family. No felony charge, and my record is clean. Maury was originally my entertainment lawyer when i was an aspiring hip hop artist. I had an interference with custody case that waS COMPLETELY DISMISSED AFTER MT FIRST APPEARANCE. He then help me out on a car that was a lemon returning a completely favorable outcome. also advised me absolutely free ...on an extradition case. I refered a friend to him that was dealing with a case where a woman falsly accussed him of rape and once again the case was dissmissed no probation no jail time.
