Custody of my son

At the trial call date, State Prosecutor offered a plea to a petty disorderly person's offense. Client accepted the plea offer. Client was sentenced immediately. He paid a fine of $125.00 and went home.
Warren County Superior Court jury found client not guilty on all indicted charges.
After one year in litigation, State of New Jersey offered to settle the legal dispute for $10,000 and a dismissal of 99% of the summons issued to client. Client accepted the disposition.
