Brooke M Barnett

I first met Brooke in September 2017, I was alone and scared as my significant other was arrested and incarcerated since June. It was my first Rodeo so to speak. Brooke took the time to sit with me and explain how things work go. Brooke fought for justice and was able to have the case dismissed.... Brooke became family she never stopped fighting for us. Brooke and her amazing staff will always be a part of our lives they are truly special people. Highly recommend

Attorney Brooke Barnett was nice at first until my family paid her once she received payment her attitude slowly changed she said she was gonna fight for me and cross examine alleged witness Brook did not. she took the first plea deal offered and did not try and fight to get a better plea.. Attorney ...did not allow me to produce any evidence that would help the case. Brooke acted more like a prosecutor not a hired attorney. She was not understanding to my family's concerns and questions. Attorney was unresponsive and only came to visit me in custody a few times and stopped. Brooke sent her associates who was not knowledgeable about my case. I am a first time offender who has never been in any trouble. Now I have to do time and away from my family, and sick mother. Brooke made no recommendations to be close to my mother who she is very aware of her illness. Brooke didn't make any recommendations to the courts for programs that would have reduced time. Brooke had no compassion for me as her respectful client and followed her advice thoughout the entire case. Words can't fully describe how much money and time Barnet has cost my family and I do not recommend Brooke Barnett to anyone.
