$4,800 for a detainment hearing for my brother. took the money and dipped. once the next court date was scheduled, we reached out to her office for questions on what’s going on the unprofessional response i got from her secretary was “do you not talk to your mother?” “we told his mother we don’t ...represent him anymore mamas.” i would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. unprofessional isn’t even the word.

She took my 2gs, said it’s all I needed fight a case where I was unlawfully arrested in front of my house for not showing ID. After a year of postponing, she decided to let me know that it will cost me an extra 2gs if she wants me to continue to fight or for me to just plead guilty. I felt I had no c...hoice and I plead guilty. This is why corruption in the system is real. The reviews are true people, you pay her and you’ll see how much leverage she gets to you in her attitude. And daisy her secretary, I hope you read this out loud to her because when I called back for a question about my case, you said to me, “what do You want” and that my case was dismissed. Like I wouldn’t be calling you if I didn’t pay 2gs and you Brooke wasn’t the person who unfortunately represented me.

I first met Brooke in September 2017, I was alone and scared as my significant other was arrested and incarcerated since June. It was my first Rodeo so to speak. Brooke took the time to sit with me and explain how things work go. Brooke fought for justice and was able to have the case dismissed.... Brooke became family she never stopped fighting for us. Brooke and her amazing staff will always be a part of our lives they are truly special people. Highly recommend

As someone who works in the legal field myself, I can without a doubt say Brooke is by far the best attorney I've come across. When I ran into legal problems of my own, Brooke was the first person I called. She sat down with my family and I and explained what she thought of my case, how the process ...would work and made us feel at ease during a difficult time. Brooke Barnett is far from a good lawyer by any standard.I reached out to her firm as my 12 year old was being bullied at school and threatened suicide and her school knew about the bullying and completely dropped the ball, I had to do something. I reached out to Barnett and her team and she sold me... this illusion that she went through something similar as a child when after a month she gave my case to another attorney I called and asked as to why she would give this case away but she began acting callous and unsusceptible.She still has not called me about my daughters case so I call firm only to find out the 3 attorneys Barnett gave my case of to an extern, who generally had no idea of the turmoil my child was going through so everytime we talked I got the run around. MONTH'S AND MONTHS LATER Iam reaching out to Barnett and her office and her externs and now at this point she send me a letter saying she dropped my daughters case after 3 years not answering my calls. Here I'am today realizing that I completely misconstrued the games lawyers play.Barnett wasn't going to fight for my daughter or her mental health as she was being bullied because she represents the bullies why would she falsely claim something so dear to her heart none the less she is a perpetrator.This is an illogical misrepresentation of what a lawyer should be doing, illogical even within the standards of a human being,and holds no relationship with her conscious . # KIDS DONT MATTER BUT MONEY DOES. SMH
