Which there's nothing wron...g with that, just victim advocate attorneys are very different from criminal defense attorneys and the two should not cross paths. There's a reason you have different lawyers, because cases are meant to be handled differently and a victim's case should be handled completely differently from a retaliation TRO case. There's people who use TROs and there's people who need TROs and FROs, that's why they have special attorneys that work with the population I am a part of, survivors of DV and SA.

I had a temporary restraining order, filed against me with false accusations from my ex girlfriend. Had a FRO from 16 years ago and have since been living overseas. Went to have it dismissed and to my surprise my ex fiance whom i have had no contact with since then decided to oppose my motion.
