We were dealing with a refusal to submit to alcohol test, DUI, and 5 other related charges. He was able to get the refusal charge to stand alone and the others were dropped. He also was able to have the time of license loss run concurrently with another suspension, effectively adding no further loss ...of license time. The only downside was paying fines and fees. He tried to get a lesser charge (reckless driving) to stand alone instead of the refusal, but the prosecutor wouldn't go for it. We were pleased (overall) with the outcome considering what it could have been (jail time, long suspension, fines, etc.).

I retained Brent for a DUI. disorderly persons(paraphernalia), as well as many other charges. Without going into great detail, he got the criminal and the majority of the other charges dropped.
