Biography
Alessandro Giordano is an experienced immigration attorney and a member of the bar of the states of Florida, New York and New Jersey. A native of Italy, Mr. Giordano has first-hand experience with the challenges of the U.S. immigration system. As such, he takes great pride in helping his clients achieve their American Dream and in changing their lives for the better. Mr. Giordano practices solely and exclusively immigration law.
Mr. Giordano handles all types of immigration cases, guiding both businesses and individuals through the complexities of the immigration laws. As for family-based cases, Mr. Giordano assists foreign nationals as well as U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents in reuniting with their loved ones either through the process of adjustment of status in the United States or through applying for an Immigrant Visa at a U.S. Consulate abroad. He also provides representation in obtaining waivers of inadmissibility and removability. Further, Mr. Giordano represents foreign nationals who face removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. As far as business and employment-based matters, Mr. Giordano assists corporations and individuals in securing temporary and permanent visas for specialized employees, for intra-company transferees, for investors as well as for individuals demonstrating extraordinary ability. Specifically, Mr. Giordano has developed an expertise in EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions, of which he filed in the hundreds.
Mr. Giordano received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011. He also received his Italian J.D. from Università degli Studi di Roma 3 – Facoltà di Giurisprudenza. Mr. Giordano is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and is proficient in French.
