My Ruling In my Case Was made out to me and make me an example, I drove under the influence but I've heard of worst cases That in their First Time DUI the only receive 3 months, I didn't get in an accident or anything, Pay Him $5000 to represent me and Aid me with this issue And the best he could do ...was 7months, 6 months Breathlizer and 4 Month Of Addiction class for my FIRST AND LAST DUI , I never do this but on this case I have never been more disappointed and Enraged by the representation of this lawyer.

First let me give brief synopsis of my case, in October of 2016 I was arrested for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence, was brought in to the State Police Barracks and blew a .17 (More than double the legal limit) on the breathalyzer. Was also charged with 5 other things including, improper pass...ing, delaying traffic...and of course the DUI charge. The following week I consulted Mr.Debari and felt confident that he was an excellent candidate to represent me in my case. Over the 7 month period my case lasted, Mr.Debari was always prepared, professional and committed to getting the best outcome in every court appearance. It was a war of attrition and these things take time, I was always confident in him and he took a lot of stress off my back, allowing me to focus on my school and work life. After a 7 month period, Mr. Debari managed to get 5 out of the 6 charges dismissed, INCLUDING THE DUI CHARGE. I was only hit with a careless driving charge, payed 180 dollar fine to the court, 2 points on licence and was on my way. My DUI charge was gone just like that, Mr.Debari hit a grand slam on my case. My licence was suspended for 90 days for careless driving, but that is a small price to pay for getting my DUI to disappear and to not be burdened for the rest of my life regarding my career aspirations.... I would highly recommend Mr.Debari, especially in a DUI related case, he can get these dismissed,and will strive for nothing less than the best resolution possible.
