Larry Edward Scienski

Larry E. Scienski practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation, specializing primarily in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation and arbitration.  He regularly appears before the Forthright Solutions / National Arbitration Forum (NAF) to arbitrate personal injury protection (PIP) matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Larry was the team leader for the No-Fault Department in the Northern New Jersey house counsel office for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Bauman & Viscomi.  In this position he participated in all aspects of insurance defense litigation as it relates to no-fault litigation, arbitration and fraud.

Recently, Larry successfully defended Allstate Insurance Company in an income continuation benefit claim. After reducing the claim in the initial argument, he further demonstrated the lack of medical support for an income continuation benefit claim reducing the award from a potential $750,000 to a one-time payment of $18,900.

Larry’s work history includes house counsel and outside counsel positions specializing in insurance coverage and defense litigation for several insurance carriers.
