John M. Tuntevski

A civil litigator, John focuses his practice on insurance defense and general liability arising out of negligent security, defective products, automobile negligence, and premises liability, as well as contractual and insurance coverage disputes.  He has successfully defended numerous personal injury cases and property damage claims at the trial level before New Jersey, New York, and Federal District Courts.  He has also argued successfully for both appellants and respondents in the New Jersey Appellate Division and appears regularly before the Forthright Arbitration Forum to arbitrate personal injury protection (PIP) matters.

John served as law clerk to Hon. Dennis F. Carrey III, Superior Court, Civil Division, Essex County Vicinage, and as a judicial intern to Hon. Dennis M. Cavanaugh, United States District Court, New Jersey.
