Biography
Upon graduating law school, Attorney Alberto Soto became a Criminal Court Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul M. DePascale J.S.C. Judge DePascale was also the former Prosecutor of Hudson County. Upon ending his clerkship Mr. Soto worked at a Personal Injury law firm where he handledPersonal Injury Arbitration (PIP) cases for numerous clients with great success. Mr. Soto has also worked at Boutique law firms specializing in Municipal Court practice. He has sucessfully handled numerous Municipal court cases which included bu are not limited to Traffic Offenses, Criminal matters & Town Ordinances. Mr. Soto has also worked as a Public Defender in the Muniicpal Court of Union City along with experience in Superior Court matters. Mr. Soto was a Union City Tenant Advocate for the Town of Union City, NJ. Mr. Soto represented tenants in evicition matters both in and out of court. A majority of cases were settled between Mr. Soto, the tenant's Landlords and their Attorneys coming to a positive resolve of the case. Mr. Soto has also successfuly represented clients in Family law cases such as Esp Panels, Divorce hearings, and Child support and Manitenance / Alimony hearings.
Mr. Soto is an active member of the NJ Bar Association and the Hudson County Bar Association. Mr. Soto is also a monthly invitee of the NJ Lawyers Association a group of lawyers practicing in both Hudson County as well as other counties in North Jersey.
