I have used Elissa Greenspoon for three real estate closings over the last eight years, and for recently executing a will. In all four instances, I have found Elissa to be thoroughly professional, extremely attentive, and consistently exhibiting good judgement. None of my real estate closings were ...easy. In fact, two of them required multiple contracts - with offers falling through for one reason or another. Elissa was a pleasure to work with, even when dealing with a buyer's unreasonable demands, an attempted closing whereby the buyer's funds did not go through, and multiple other hurdles in negotiations. She was always calm, cool and collected - something I highly admire (for I am often the opposite!).
