I hired Ms. Wladyka several years ago to handle my disability appeal. This is not a big firm, it’s Agnes and the legal secretary Gloria. I guess I was hoping to get my hand held which it was not but I ALWAYS felt calmed when we did speak. I went into my hearing feeling kind of defeated and the judge ...said she wasn’t going to hear my testimony. I felt like I was kicked in the stomach. Agnes just held my hand and began talking with the lawyer and vocational expert. No testimony was needed because the appeal paperwork written by Agnes was so extensive (over 30 pages) the judge made her favorable decision before we were seen in person.
