Anthony F Sarsano

Mr. Sarsano was recommended to me by another lawyer. I thought this meant he would be good, but want it meant was that one lawyer was trying to through business the way of a friend. Sarano might be ok for a simple transaction, but he is way over his head if things are complicated, which they genera...lly are. We had to direct him very often, as he seemed clueless and certainly not a match for the other side's attorney. The craziest and most annoying thing, though certainly not the most important thing, is his total incompetence with technology. Any attachment he sends has been reduced to 65%, so it is barely readable and we missed some fine points due to this. I told him to fix it, but he did not, likely because no one in his office knows anything about technology. In addition, I recently got an email from his email account suggesting that it was hacked and notified him about this, but he never got back to me. PS We wound up transferring our legal situation to another attorney, which cost us quite a bit, but we could see that Sarano simply didn't know what he was doing and the other attorney knew this. The new attorney straightened it all out, at a cost, given the mess that had been made. And our relationship with the recommending attorney has been damaged. I do take ownership that I never met with Sarsano to interview him due to the strong recommendation; if I had, I doubt I would have hired him.

This Lawyer is not running his own office. His wife from Equador does. The Lawyer does not know half of what she does. She is over charging and does not give receipts of money received. They are being sued currently. I left because my case got worse and they were rude when questioned, they wouldnt' ...return calls for weeks.
