With Desmond's help, I have been able to extend my permanent residency card periodically until my petition was recently approved. To tell y...ou a little bit about my case: I met Desmond at a time when the process for my residency documentation had gone off track due to a variety of circumstances. He prioritized the maintenance of my legal status while petition was pending and ensured that I was being treated fairly. It’s been 8 long years in the process, and I cannot explain it enough how resilient he has been through the entire process. Desmond has been extremely empathetic to my personal situation and always thought ahead to ask potential issues so we could preempt and avoid them. During my interview, I was told that my case was unique and honestly the officer seemed very confused on what to do next. We have known Mr. Dawuni for 5 years now; my case was somehow difficult after my first lawyer messed up my case, and during the first interview, things didn't go well. I explained that to my friend, who Mr. Dawuni helped, and she referred me to him. He took my case immediately, very professional, and... told me what to do and what documents to prepare if USCIS will need them.
