Victoria Danielle Miranda

I hired Victoria Miranda as my lawyer through Williams law group where she previously worked. She was very confident, very professional, and she was very caring about my case. At the time I was dealing with addiction, and my children were taking by DCPP. She’s a very respected attorney in the New Jer...sey Court system and Passaic County, especially where I had my case. The whole tone of the case changed for the better when DCPP found out who my lawyer was they knew they couldn’t get away with Lying in front of the judge anymore. This was three years ago and I have been in recovery ever since. She gave me hope. And worked hard to get my case, resolved my children were returned to me shortly after. I will never forget her wonderful lawyer I highly recommend!!!!

I retained and Miranda for a family matter and was grossly disappointed. I was told upon paying the retainer there was a quick turn around time for calls to be returned and it took up to two weeks. She spoke down to me and was extremely condescending. When we touched based upon the next call she forg...ot our previous conversation and then gave different advice against the first advice she gave. This was extremely frustrating. Most importantly though she advised me to sign a consent order as it would be in my best interest, only to find out a year and many court appearances later (she was fired after a couple of months) that both my new attorney and more importantly the Court acknowledged that was a grave mistake to sign and in my worst interest. Between the nasty attitude and destructive advice, I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
