Jeff Vincent Fucci

I'm probably nuts writing the review I'm going to write. Jeff will be so busy, he may not have time to look after us! But here goes - he deserves it! I've worked with many lawyers over the years - many of them from the "big" firms. Jeff is hands down the best. He's commercial, pragmatic, incredibly... efficient and gets great results. And affordable! Don't be fooled into thinking he's a "neighbourhood or small time" lawyer - he can mix it with the best and come out on top. We will be continuing to use him!

Jeff agreed to prosecute my wrongful death lawsuit when my son died when no other attorney would. The others said proximate cause could not be proven. Jeff worked extraordinarily hard on the case and was up against a team of health insurance attorneys. He withstood two separate motions to dismiss my ...lawsuit. Jeff was able to prevail and obtained a very substantial settlement for us. No amount of money could replace our 28 year old son, however, holding the two health insurance corporations accountable was necessary in the hopes that other insureds would not suffer like we did.
