I am an attorney with 25+ years of experience in structuring complex Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges in business and real estate transactions. I work with businesses and investors, and their tax and legal counsel, on the efficient structuring of IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Transactional experience includes real estate, artwork, franchises, collectibles, vehicles, equipment and more. Substantial experience with deal structuring, corporate/partnership issues, negotiations, net lease / triple-net lease, tenants-in-common, Delaware Statutory Trusts, reverse exchanges and hybrid exchanges.
