I went to Robyne seeking a Trust to keep probate easy for my wife and my children (adult), and upon review of assets, advised me of changes in the NJ law that really did not necessitate a Trust but just a well written will (as well as power of attorney and health care directive). It would have been e...asy to give what we asked for but she pointed us at a standard will because of changes we hadn't fully understood, so she saved us a lot of money and trouble.
