Kristina is incredibly professional, personable, and gets results. I went to Kristina a couple of months ago after I received a request for more evidence in regards to an i-601 waiver I had applied for for my husband. Kristina was able to fit me in rather quickly, which was no easy feat considering... I work 7 days a week at multiple jobs. I went to her a nervous wreck and cried during my consultation. Kristina was so understanding and professional; she took the time to listen to my whole story, walked me through everything, and made me believe there was hope for my husband’s case. She never promised me that I would get the result that I wanted, but she did promise me that she would do everything in her power to get my husband’s case approved. Kristina gave me a checklist of documents to compile, while she worked on things on her end. She responded to my countless emails promptly and answered every ridiculous question I had throughout the process. Because of her hard work and guidance, we were able to submit the required documents almost a whole month before they were due. Some attorneys would have stopped right there, after they had done their part and submitted the documentation, but not Kristina. She continued to be responsive and involved, and even answered my questions after my case was approved. I cannot recommend Kristina enough. I’m writing this recommendation for Kristina because my experience with her has been life-changing. I met Kristina by way of a co-worker’s recommendation, after learning my H1B visa application was not selected in the lottery system. At this point, I had been in the legal immigration process for ...a decade and decided it was time to engage legal advice to advance my immigration process. I met with a number of lawyers and even spent a few thousand dollars on one of them, before I met Kristina. My first consultation with Kristina was different. For the first time, I felt hopeful. She was impressively professional, knowledgeable of all the developing changes in the immigration process but most importantly, she had empathy for my situation and wanted to help.
