I’m writing this recommendation for Kristina because my experience with her has been life-changing. I met Kristina by way of a co-worker’s recommendation, after learning my H1B visa application was not selected in the lottery system. At this point, I had been in the legal immigration process for ...a decade and decided it was time to engage legal advice to advance my immigration process. I met with a number of lawyers and even spent a few thousand dollars on one of them, before I met Kristina. My first consultation with Kristina was different. For the first time, I felt hopeful. She was impressively professional, knowledgeable of all the developing changes in the immigration process but most importantly, she had empathy for my situation and wanted to help. Unlike other lawyers I had encountered who took a clinical, interview-like approach, Kristina skillfully assessed my case for the NIW process in a natural, conversational way, took time to explain the purpose of each of the many forms required, patiently explained her method of working with clients, her role in the process, and what she needed from me to do her job effectively. I left her office with confidence and renewed energy to tackle this monolith of an application. There was urgency with my situation, as I engaged Kristina after receiving my RFE and as we were coming up on the application deadline - this did not seem to phase her. Having limited time to gather my documentation, I was highly impressed by Kristina’s swift responses, organization skills and quick execution of her part. I’m a scientist, I work with scientists and I haven’t seen such impressive work done so quickly and seamlessly. What stood out to me even more, was her interactions with me. Kristina is incredibly warm, empathetic, does not over-promise (gives realistic possible outcomes), but is highly motivated to win cases – and she has a track record of doing so. My application was submitted at the end of January 2020 and I received an approval notice less than a month later. It’s impressive that Kristina has not lost a single case, and I am thrilled to be part of that statistic. I am tremendously fortunate to have met such a stellar lawyer who genuinely cares about her clients and has so much passion for what she does. I can’t recommend her enough!

After much pain, surgery & dealing with what I went through due to my injury, meeting Kristina just a week after it happened, was such a blessing.
