We recently used Alan for legal services for the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. Alan was detailed, respectful and professional even in the face of other attorneys that were not. His assistant Shay deserves special recognition for all of her attention to detail, response time, knowledge of real estate transactions and personal dedication to do everything in her power to provide you the best service possible. Shay has a work ethic that rivals those at silicon valley technology companies and a motor that never stops. I'm a geek, ask alot of edge case questions and found myself hard pressed to find something to stump her with. When I did, she had the answer from Alan within minutes. Although I don't have much experience with lawyers, I'm convinced you will have a very hard time finding a team that perform better than them. Great experience!

We used Mr. Ackerman for a house closing in May. It was an accelerated closing and his assistant Shay did a great job keeping everything on track, providing details/info on the closing process, etc. On the day of the close, Mr. Ackerman's expertise helped resolve a few special last minute issues, ...efficiently and with an excellent outcome.
