Ackerman and Shay worked really fast and fairly detail oriented. They strive to provide the fastest service possible, sometimes even phone calls on late weeknights. Mr. Ackerman provide fast and great advice during attorney review, very patient during phone calls. Shay was very responsive and expl...ained to us new home buyers on many finer details, and coordinated with many services (surveyor, title, permit, ...etc) to get us the info that we need to close on the house. We had a whole week of intense back and forth on attorney review alone, then a couple week of coordinating inspection and staying on timeline, eventually we closed in 21 days! They kept pricing simple and charged us a flat fee, given how much we asked of them. We believe it was good value, and would recommend their service!!
