Naturalization
For submission of my files for naturalization, Haywood prepared all papers, made appointment in prefecture (which was a very difficult and heavy procedure knowing the French bureaucracy and reality), personally accompanied me to the prefecture for my appointment and stayed there during all the time o...
Furthermore, recent provisions have decentralized the naturalization process, allowing the Prefect of each Department to make its own adjudication of naturalization requests and establish their internal rules. Persons residing in Paris, for instance, may submit the application by mail, whereas in Nanterre or Versailles, an appointment must be scheduled and it is almost impossible to do so without calling non-stop for days on end!

Incompetent in Immigration matters
Used four-year old forms that were out of date, failed to inform me of correct immigration requirements and pawned my case off to one of his junior attorneys without a word. Failed my VISA application as a result and he refused to apologize or do anything about it.
In all fairness, the client in question received a full reimbursement of fees, and did not withdraw her carefully prepared visa case.
