Haywood Martin Wise

M. Wise has been very successfull for my company which was in danger in the states. He and his team had been very involved , professionnal and reactive in order to solve my visa application file with the american consulate in Paris. I strongly recommand him both for french and american citizen in sol...ving immigration issues. Really very efficient, comprehensive and human value oriented.

I hired Mr. Wise in mid-2013 to help me obtain the French Carte de Séjour (Residency Card) for my wife, a Japanese citizen. Mr. Wise provided an excellent service, clearly explained to us the procedure to follow and assisted us through all the steps (collecting all necessary documents, helping us wit...h the translations, coming with us to the préfecture offices). He was always immediately available through phone or email when had any questions and was always kind and very knowledgeble on the matter. We managed to quickly obtain the Carte de Séjour and I am happy to recommend his services to anybody having our similar needs.

I have started talking to Mr Haywood Wise about 4 years ago, when i intended immigrating for the first time. Since that time, my situation has changed more than once and he was always patiently advising me what do i need to do, and how do i need to do it. So, we would exchange ten or more letters, ...than i would abandon the plan for a year, than i would come back with another plan, we would exchange another ten letters and so on, for 4 years. At the end, i have made up my mind and we have proceeded to my application for Visa de Long Sejour which was successfully completed last week. I was nervous at all times since i found Mr Wise on the internet by simple search "Immigration to France" and was always afraid that not knowing my lawyer face to face would cause me problems down the line. But, it didn't turn out to be that way. I was surprised that every time during those years he would reply to questions, sometimes even sending e-mails at 11 at night, and the issue of fees never came up. He would respond every time, no matter how stupid mu question was, and he would advise and guide me. In couple of cases of extreme emergency i had, when i phoned him to do something for me urgently, he would offer everything he had at his disposal, which made my situation much easier. Once we started the procedure for visa, he prepared the file quickly and assisted me even while on vacation. I'm leaving for France in 2 days for a stay that i have dreamed for most of last ten years, and i must say that Mr Haywood Wise is a huge reason why this was done very smoothly.

Haywood provided us with affordable representation in our application for my husband's US Immigrant Visa. He kept us informed and provided the necessary information and advice along the way. He accompanied us to the US Embassy in Paris and sat with us for quite some time as we waited our turn for the... interview. We were successful in our application and we have Haywood to thank for it.

The best immigration lawyer you can get in France, very patient and willing to deal with all sorts of problems but best of all they are an honest law firm with a good team of people. Even if there were problems with my case, mr. Haywood was able to resolve every issue dealing patiently with the prefe...cture and was always available to answer my questions. Highly recommended.
