Aaron Mizrahi

Aaron Mizrahi is Managing Partner at Mizrahi Warren LLP. He has broad experience representing public and private sector clients of all types and sizes. His practice currently focuses on public law, complex litigation and providing counsel to corporations and the financial industry. His comprehensive, analytic approach produces innovative, results-driven strategies, converting multi-faceted litigation and transaction challenges into realistic solutions.

Mr. Mizrahi regularly appears before the trial and appellate divisions of New Jersey's state and federal courts, private arbitrators and various state and federal administrative agencies. He serves as general and special legal counsel to over 50 municipalities and local government agencies and personally handled literally hundreds of matters. His success record is simply without par.

He represents public entities in redevelopment matters, labor relations and collective negotiations, tort claims, OPRA and OPMA matters, public procurement, complex construction litigation--including construction defect cases, delay claims and contract disputes--and challenges to the exercise of governmental authority.

As counsel to public boards of education and charter schools, Mr. Mizrahi provides guidance and strategy assistance on matters ranging from day-to-day governance and business affairs to student residency and discipline to labor relations/collective negotiations and construction. He also represents school districts in all types of litigation and administrative proceedings, including special education due process hearings and tenure matters.

Mr. Mizrahi also advises commercial lenders, fund asset managers and private equity investors in secondary credit market transactions, specifically par/non-performing commercial loans (NPL) and collateralized credit claims trading. In that role, he leads clients through intricate regulatory and compliance issues as well as all transaction phases including post-acquisition matters, restructuring/workouts and related litigation.
