Biography
Luis A. Martinez handles complex personal injury matters including wrongful death, construction negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice and claims resulting from vehicular negligence along with workers' compensation claims. He received his B.A. from Seton Hall University in 1987 and graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1990. He served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter Boggia of the Superior Court. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico after his parents fled Cuba and the communist regime of Fidel Castro. He was the first American-born member of his family. He is the Municipal Court Judge for the Borough of Bogota. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice. He is involved in several charities and is a volunteer coach in his community.
