I spoke with Frank Pisano to make sure I was in compliance with some laws. He was extremely knowledgeable, priced very fair compared to others I called. I compared prices due to being disabled and paying a large fee was not feasible for me. His specialties are Firearms, which is very important with the constant changing gun laws in NJ and staying in compliance, and personal injury attorney. He personally called me right back on his personal phone on his day off while out to lunch, and said he’ll call me when he was done and he did just that. He further explained what I needed to do and we set up a meeting at his office. Everything was resolved quickly and far exceeded my expectations of what the outcome would be. I highly recommend Frank for any firearm issues or legal problems due to the constant changing laws and also for personal injury. He talks to you like family while gathering all the important facts. You won’t be disappointed in the representation or legal help Frank Pisano provides.
I consulted Mr. Pisano on a matter, where my firearms were seized pursuant to frivolous temporary restraining order that my ex filed against me. His thoughtful explanations of the processes involved, from both the legal and practical perspectives, were illuminating. Frank greatly helped in clearing my name and having my firearms returned. Unfortunately, it seems rare in the legal field to find an attorney that's aggressive when need be but also human in understanding the client's situation.
Highly recommended.

BEST 2A LAWYER IN NJ
Where do I begin? Long story short, i applied for my ccw and my local police department put a protectice order against me for "excessive emails" and tried to use my comment about my terminally ill daughter against me. Mind you, I have no priors, background checks passed and cleared, and i have owned firearms for years prior.
I was referred to Frank Pisano. He was very intrigued by the case and took it. He and his secretary are on point, extremely punctual, empathic, and are as professional as they come.
Frank took the time to prep me for court, adjourn cases for me until he received everything he needed, and once he felt he got everything he needed, he was ready for court. Frank is very knowledgeable when it comes to 2A and you can feel the confidence when he speaks to you.
Now the fun part...
Frank Pisano is an ABSOLUTE DOG in the court room. Very cordial when you speak to him but went from 0-100 when cross examining the police officer who placed the bs order against me. He is tenacious, prompt, and you can tell he loves what he does. He stifled the officer on the stand and had the officer contradict himself. He held the officer accountable and pointed out the new statutes and provisions which the officer appeared to not even know.
The judge ultimately ruled in my favor, dismissed the terpo, ordered my firearms to be returned to me and is having Frank enter in an order for the local pd to process my new handgun permit and ccw application for the judge to sign.
Frank is worth every penny.

Great Help with Firearms ID and Handgun Permit Problem
I emailed Mr. Pisano for some advice about a problem with my NJ Firearms Purchase ID and Handgun Permit application. He emailed back immediately and spoke with me in length about what I should do. He was extremely helpful and reassuring. Great guy!

Expert Handling of Appeal from FID Denial
I was a client of Mr. Pisano. Mr. Pisano expertly handled and won my appeal from the denial of my application for a Firearm ID Card and Permit to Purchase a Handgun. The best part about his representation was how he made me feel as comfortable and as confident as I could have been and moved the matter along the best he could despite the State's continuing delay and opposition. He had several pre-hearing conferences with the State and judge and put me in the best position I could have been prior to the hearing where he argued expertly and elicited the best testimony possible from my expert and lay witnesses. I highly recommend Mr. Pisano for all firearm related matters.

Firearms Carry Permit in New Jersey
Outstanding firearms litigator. Won my appeal in Superior Court. Now, as a retired cop from New York I can finally carry my firearm in New Jersey where i now reside. Should have never been denied to begin with because LEOSA Act says I can, but the NJSP said I couldn't. Frank Pisano did an excellent job! Will always use his firm.

Powerful, Skilled, should become a State Judge
There are a few Superb words to describe this man. First off, he knows everything about firearms laws. Secondly, he has to be one of the best speakers I have ever seen. He was on FIRE in the Court Room. I Won my case with a Breeze thanks to Mr. Pisano. I would highly recommend him for firearm issues as well as other issues one might have. I would re-hire him in a heartbeat!! I can see him going higher in any field he goes for!!! Thanks Frank, you made my mother and I happy.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
"I endorse this lawyer. He represented a client in a matter dealing with firearms. He did an excellent job in representing his client. I was employed as an assistant prosecutor at the time, and I opposed the relief he was seeking on behalf of his client. I found Mr. Pisano to be diligent, intelligent, and very much advocating his client's position. I highly recommend him."
