Fantastic Lawyer

The local chief denied my firearms application and handgun permit. I hired Frank to appeal that decision, and he won the case for me. A++ fantastic lawyer!!

Expert Handling of Appeal from FID Denial

I was a client of Mr. Pisano. Mr. Pisano expertly handled and won my appeal from the denial of my application for a Firearm ID Card and Permit to Purchase a Handgun. The best part about his representation was how he made me feel as comfortable and as confident as I could have been and moved the mat...ter along the best he could despite the State's continuing delay and opposition. He had several pre-hearing conferences with the State and judge and put me in the best position I could have been prior to the hearing where he argued expertly and elicited the best testimony possible from my expert and lay witnesses. I highly recommend Mr. Pisano for all firearm related matters.

Great Attorney

Frank represented me and won my Firearms ID appeal in superior court. I can not say enough good things about him. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Frank made me feel at ease just knowing that he was on my team. I highly recommend him.

Firearms Carry Permit in New Jersey

Outstanding firearms litigator. Won my appeal in Superior Court. Now, as a retired cop from New York I can finally carry my firearm in New Jersey where i now reside. Should have never been denied to begin with because LEOSA Act says I can, but the NJSP said I couldn't. Frank Pisano did an excellent j...ob! Will always use his firm.
