Getting a divorce, whether you are the plaintiff or defendant, can be a very stressful experience. The Best!!
Super experienced, gets to the point and very clear covering all aspects of divorce and will advocate for fair settlement. In interviewing many lawyers and talking with people at divorce meetup I have not found a better lawyer out of dozens I have met. She's so efficient and gets right to the point with your options and explinations.

Skilled and caring attorney
A friend of mine recommended Ms. Agostini to me when I was looking for an attorney to handle my divorce. I had previously seen another attorney but didn’t feel comfortable with him at all. As soon as I met Ms. Agostini, however, I immediately felt that she was much more than just an attorney. She led me through the long and painful divorce process with patience, tact and kindness. Most importantly, of course, Ms. Agostini is an exceptionally skilled attorney. My divorce was complicated by the fact that I got married abroad, so she had to research the different legal aspects involved. She did it in a very thorough and complete manner, and that ended up being very helpful when my ex-husband's attorney came to court without having done much research at all. Ms. Agostini is also a very accomplished negotiator, and in her calm but determined way, she drives up her points one by one. She was able to get me a settlement which was more than I had expected when I first reached out to her. I highly and warmly recommend Ms. Agostini to anybody in needs of an attorney who is experienced, skilled, warm, caring and down to earth.

Highly recommend
Lucy Agostini is an excellent attorney. She is trustworthy, understanding and honest. She helped me many times when i felt lost since it took my ex 8 months to hire an attorney after i filed for divorce. She was empathetic to my situation which was super emotional at times. Divorce and Alimony
I initially hired Lucy for my divorce, which I knew would be long, draining and difficult and then again last year (a few years after finalizing the divorce) when my ex took me back to court with the intention to lower his alimony. Thanks to Lucy he didn't succeed. Lucy is very experienced and knowledgable, realistic, ethical, straightforward and solution-oriented. Her reliable assistant makes sure she is in touch when you need her to. Lucy is also very strong with numbers and calculations.

Real Estate Closing / Couldn't have asked for more!
Lucy was the most thorough and helpful attorney for my home closing. Not only was she looking out for me every step of the way, she came ready to explain and help me understand what happens during the process. For a first time home buyer, this was so helpful and I could not be more thankful to her and Lisa. There were some issues with the seller's attorney and Lucy was amazing in how she handled the situation not only professionally, but with great firmness to make sure that we were not taken advantage of.

Divorce and Alimony case resolved to the best outcome
Lucy Agostini was my attorney for my divorce process. She helped me get clarity and realistic expectations . She had a very good insights about the other side, which brought an effective strategy that helped me receive a fair monetary compensation and divisions of assets. I was impressed with her theral research of the case and smart calculations of possible outcomes. Unlike many other divorce attorneys, she didn't procrastinate the resolution of the case and saved me much aggravation and expenses. Beyond her being a brilliant attorney , she is ethical and caring . I hired her again when I needed to reinstate an alimony that was in rears. Again, her strategy and wise analysis of the other side situation, won the case which ended up in court. In my work as a family therapist I hear about many divorce disputes that could have been resolved much more effectively and fairly if Lucy Agostini was involved.

I couldnt have asked for more...
When my marriage to the “man of my dreams” suddenly disintegrated, I didn’t know what to do. I am eternally grateful that my therapist referred me to Lucy Agostini. My initial consult convinced me that Lucy would capably handle my quirky divorce. Lucy did not exploit opportunities to incur additional fees; rather, she guided me in the completion of certain administrative tasks, supported by her fabulous assistant Lisa, in order to preserve my retainer. Lucy resolved my divorce efficiently and the outcome was more favorable to me than I had expected. I would not hesitate to work with Lucy and Lisa again. In fact, I’ve repeatedly recommended Lucy to others who either utilized her services or wished they had!

I have used Lucy's services for not only my divorce, but also to close on my new house following my divorce. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy & honest. She educated me in many areas of NJ divorce law, was honest with me about my situation & most of all, she fought for me through a lengthy divorce. There were many times I was ready to give up/give in to my ex's demands, but Lucy helped me to stay positive & fight for what's right (within the boundaries of NJ law). I couldn't be happier with the outcome of both my divorce & my home closing process. Additionally, Lisa, part of Lucy’s staff, is wonderful.
