Thank you!

I highly recommend attorney Rupal Aristimuno to anyone who's seeking legal assistance in immigration questions. I applied for citizenship this past March, and my case was somewhat complex. The little issues I've had were mostly covered but given that every immigration officer is different I was d...oubtful and anxious over my case. I consulted with several attorneys in the New Jersey area who kept telling me that they need to schedule 3-4 appointments to thoroughly review my complicated case, to prepare me for the interview; some of them recommended to take over the case in order for me to successfully pass the interview and get approved. It was pretty obvious they wanted my money more than giving me a reasonable professional advice. Rupal Aristimuno was the first lawyer who said that I don't need any legal help, that I was able to prepare myself well enough and that I have a reasonable explanation to all possible issues that may come up. I only had one consultation with the attorney when I brought my N400 and the supporting documentation. Rupal reviewed the paperwork, made a few reasonable suggestions and fully answered all my questions. What I also value about immigration lawyers is the experience. After I talked to Rupal I learned that she handled many different cases and can honestly tell what the chances are to get approved. Since I was still very nervous about the upcoming interview at the USCIS office I asked attorney Rupal to be present during the appointment - for my own peace of mind. And it was absolutely worth it! The officer who interviewed me seemed a little harsh but I felt like the presence of my lawyer helped to smooth it out. I got approved! Rupal, my high respect to you for all you have done!

Very helpful and prompt response

I had hired Rupal for my wife's marriage based immigration case. The case had got pretty complicated because she had to move back to her native country before the priority date was current. Rupal understood the situation very well and came up with appropriate solutions every time we hit a road block.... She helped with filling all required forms and submitted them with substantial evidences required. Her communication and accessibility were most impressive as she would go out of her way to ensure all of our queries were answered promptly. She has always called back in case I couldn't reach her when she has been busy. She is very positive and has vast experience with the various responses one would receive from USCIS and NVC. So on most occasions, I would already be informed of the responses we should be expecting from them.. :) I would like to sum it up by saying, with Rupal around you definitely are in safe hands and I would definitely recommend her for any immigration related issues.

Highly Recommend

Rupal Parikh Aristimuno was recommended to me by a colleague. Because of my previous experience, I was very skeptical of all immigration attorneys. Mrs. Aristimuno was always honest and upfront about the possible outcomes of my case which I truly appreciated. She was extremely professional and always... kept me informed of updates and changes, not just with my case but changes in laws that could affect the outcome of my case. She is a very warm person that treats her clients like people and not just a case number, and I always felt like she would do whatever it takes to ensure success in my case and she did! My husband and I are now both Green card holders and traveling home to see family for the holidays after a very long time. I highly recommend Mrs. Aristimuno to anyone that is looking for a great immigration attorney.

She is the Best Immigration Lawyer!

Ms. Rupal is the best! She was always there to help us with any questions or concerns. She always stays in touch with you regarding your case, its not like other attorney's where you will be talking the secretaries most of the time. It is very convenient to get in touch with her anytime; she does get... back to you asap. She is very organized, knowledgeable and sweet person. Once we handed her our case to her we didn't need to worry about anything. I will for sure recommend her regarding any Immigration matters.

Fantastic professional yet warm and friendly lawyer

After 25 years and many costly attempts to attain my green card, Rupal got it done in less than 8 months! From our first meeting I knew I was in good hands, every question I had(and I had plenty due to my past failures), was answered and every concern was addressed. As a new permanent resident I am s...till celebrating and it is all due to Mrs. Aristimuno's close attention to my case. My children and I will be eternally grateful for her professionalism and knowledge that resulted in me finally having a green card. I highly recommend her and will gladly pass her info on to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
