Following my marriage to a US Citizen in 2015, I hired Rupal in October 2016. I needed her to obtain for me a Green Card, after being 17 years under “Withholding of Removal”. Before I met Rupal, I spent a lot of money on consultations with other lawyers in NJ. I highly recommend attorney Rupal Aristimuno to anyone who's seeking legal assistance in immigration questions. I applied for citizenship this past March, and my case was somewhat complex. The little issues I've had were mostly covered but given that every immigration officer is different I was d...oubtful and anxious over my case. I consulted with several attorneys in the New Jersey area who kept telling me that they need to schedule 3-4 appointments to thoroughly review my complicated case, to prepare me for the interview; some of them recommended to take over the case in order for me to successfully pass the interview and get approved. It was pretty obvious they wanted my money more than giving me a reasonable professional advice. Rupal Aristimuno was the first lawyer who said that I don't need any legal help, that I was able to prepare myself well enough and that I have a reasonable explanation to all possible issues that may come up. I only had one consultation with the attorney when I brought my N400 and the supporting documentation. Rupal reviewed the paperwork, made a few reasonable suggestions and fully answered all my questions. What I also value about immigration lawyers is the experience.
