Thomas A. Grossi

Thomas A. Grossi is an Attorney with Ziegler Law Group LLC. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Grossi received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a degree in psychology from Amherst College. During and immediately after law school, Mr. Grossi worked for multiple global sports agencies where he sharpened his negotiation skills as part of a team that delivered multi-million-dollar contracts for professional players and coaches across the NFL, NBA, College Football and College Basketball; skills that have proved invaluable in negotiating complex family and divorce agreement for his clients.

Mr. Grossi then served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Angela White Dalton, J.S.C. in Monmouth County, Family Part where he assisted Judge Dalton with all family law matters, including but not limited to, pre and post-judgment motions; case management of divorce proceedings; and domestic violence proceedings. He also previously served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael R. Casale, in Essex County, Family, Part and the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan in Federal Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Grossi is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey District Court Bars. Mr. Grossi’s practice is dedicated to Matrimonial and Family Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Grossi’s experience includes all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, adoptions, and domestic violence.

Mr. Grossi’s family law clerkship and externships has additionally provided him with the unique prospective of working inside the Court system where he utilizes that knowledge and experience to guide his clients through the unique procedures of their specific matter. His experience and knowledge of both the law and the court procedures ensures that there are no surprises when dealing with critical court deadlines and his client’s can expect to have a clear strategic roadmap.

Upon completion of his family law clerkship with Judge Dalton, Mr. Grossi worked in private practice handling exclusively family law matters from inception through settlement or trial, including domestic violence trials, a cohabitation trial, and the settlement of high-net business-related matters. Mr. Grossi’s passion is to help guide individuals through one of the most emotional, psychological, and legally taxing times in their life. Mr. Grossi uses his unique transactional background with his psychological and law degree to provide a practical and attentive approach to each client.

Mr. Grossi is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Family Bar Association, as well as the Bergen, Essex, and Monmouth County Bar Associations.
