Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Over the years, I have been involved in a few cases with Mr. Epstein; some of which, have been fairly contentious. Nevertheless, Mr. Epstein has always been professional and courteous. Mr. Epstein will vigorously advocate for his clients, both in litigation and settlement negotiations, yet in my experience, advances reasonable positions and realistic expectations. I would recommend Mr. Epstein.
