Gold Standard for Divorce Attorney
Obviously divorce related cases are emotionally charged. Rick is a consummate professional. He is a seasoned attorney with 30-year experience. He somehow managed to keep my emotions in check in his own uncanny way and helped settle the case quickly without going through costly full-blown plenary hearings. I had interviewed more than a dozen top attorneys before picking Rick. I heard and saw that Rick cares about his clients deeply and is as knowledgeable about divorce laws as it gets. I was in good hands. It carries a lot of weight when your attorney is respected by the court as well as the attorneys on the other side and that was my experience with him. He has earned his reputation. Being a highly sought-after attorney and a father himself, he worked tirelessly and replied to my emails at all times. His reasoning and logic are nothing short of amazing (I think I am qualified to make such comments given my rigorous engineering and quantitative trading background). Even the Judge recognized that and thanked him for organizing things so well that he can see the issues easily and clearly. Simply put, he has a burning desire to win for his clients within reason. He will give his fair outsider views so as to set expectations right instead of saying things to reinforce your own wishful thinking.

Excellent matrimonial attorney/litigator
Mr. Iglar is a very capable matrimonial attorney, who is experienced in all phases of family law, and is a highly skilled negotiator and litigator. He has a good understanding of complex business and personal situations, and a thorough knowledge of the law. He analyzed and addressed the issues in a pragmatic manner, and always took the high road. He handled settlement negotiations well. In a situation where the case did not settle and went to trial, he presented my case in a clear and persuasive manner, made sound legal arguments, was well-prepared, and I believe he was very effective at trial.

Exceptional divorce attorney
Rick guided me through the divorce process and consistently made himself available to speak when I needed his consult. He offered me cost effective solutions and was always a voice of reason. During this adversarial process, I always felt I was represented by superior counsel. I would highly recommend Rick as a divorce attorney.

Incredible Professionalism
Rick was my attorney for the 14 month duration of the divorce process. At every step of the way, he provided sound and reasonable counsel, politely explaining to me where he disagreed with my recommendations while at the same time coming up with creative solutions to bridge several gaps with the other side. He spent several hours upfront explaining to me every nuance of the process and what to expect at every step. He was always available, quick to respond to my requests, and clearly more engaged than the other side. Rick’s strategic and longer-term approach paid off and I could not be more happy with the outcome on an all accounts. Hiring Rick for this tough process was the smartest thing I have done.

Rick handled my extremely complex divorce case with the utmost courtesy and respect. Professional and personable, he was always available, willing to explore ways to handle unusual issues, and able to complete every task down to the finest detail. Most importantly, Rick was always honest with me when explaining how the system works - not just telling me what I thought I wanted to hear. The compensation I received from this matter was more than expected, and I would (and already did) highly recommend Rick as a divorce attorney.
