Mr. Marucci is representing me in a very contentious divorce. I spoke to Mr. Marucci about the reviews I recent read on this site (which he hadn't even seen before). Replied last October 08, 2015Thank you for your honest and sincere recommendation, I am always grateful for the genuine appreciation of a satisfied client. I would note that Avvo appears to have already removed the bogus review you reference in your subject line that had been posted by an individual who actually acknowledged in his review that I never represented him, but instead he was represented by another attorney and then blamed everyone but himself when his prior bankruptcy fraud was revealed during the course of the transaction. I would caution any potential client that comes across ridiculously derogatory reviews of any attorney on this site, and would suggest that little if any weight be given particularly to those negative reviews that make allegations so far-fetched so as to render them outright unbelievable. It is far too easy for someone adversely impacted by the quality services of a professional, knowledgeable and honest attorney who represented the other party in their matter to concoct an anonymous negative review of that attorney as their frustrated version of "revenge". Thanks again for taking the time and effort to post an honest review, it is much appreciated.
