Stacy Biancamano was my attorney in a dual count securities fraud case. From the very beginning Stacy informed me of every single detail regarding my case, the process as it would play out, what was expected of me at each stage, and what my Options were. She was available every single time I needed ...her, and went out of her way to rearrange her schedule If I had a question of utmost importance. She was with me throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to help not only me , but my family throughout. My case was very complex, and had a wide range of sentencing guidelines. Stacy and her team wrote an amazing pre sentence report for my case, and explaining the type of person I was throughout my adult life, and why she felt the Sentence she recommended was appropriate. She is very well versed in the law, and made sure to cite prior case law applicable to my sentencing. Her PSM was absolutely once of the best I have ever seen, and this was not only agreed upon by myself, but the Judge and Prosecution team agreed. I struggled with addiction while my offense was committed and Stacy made sure to point this and was very adamant that this offense was very out of character for me due to the state of mind I was in while commission of the offense occurred. She detailed and mapped out a very clear and concise picture of my substance abuse and how it directly affected my case. The Judge saw this and was in absolute agreement with her. As sentencing date came up she reached out to me daily with what to expect and checked on my well being throughout. At sentencing she once again spoke with me about the process and what to expect. The government agreed with the very point she made, and the judge respected her opinion of description of my character prior to my addiction so well that he sentenced me to the lowest offense level permissible under federal guidelines. I ended up with Time served along with a three year probationary sentence when the Recommended sentencing guidelines were 51-62 months. Stacy is by far the best attorney I have come across in my 48 years on this earth. Being a prior law enforcement officer I can say with absolute certainty of her knowledge of the law and how to apply it to each case on an individual basis. Do not look anywhere else if you want to be represented by an attorney who treats you like family and not just a client. I cam say with absolute certainty had it not been for Stacy I would not be sitting home with my children tonight and would be in a federal prison intake jail. Stacy Biancamano is by far one of the best lawyers I’ve ever came across, as I had to fire my first two lawyers in this case” her attention to detail was incredible, she made me feel very comfortable in the beginning as I explaining the details of my case and she made me a promise that I was going to... be ok! She did her due diligence by explaining to me the Seriousness of my case as I was facing a second-degree aggravated assault, which carries a mandatory sentence she was able to keep me out of harms Way with a plea deal and only one year probation.
