This without a doubt has to be the worst lawyer in the state of New Jersey. I went to Madden in 2001 with discrimination under the American with Disabilities Act. I suffered permanent injury to my spine and leg because of my employer. I learned during depositions he has no backbone, he can't multi... task and he cannot meet a deadline to save his life. He single handedly blew my case by not responding to the court or opposing attorneys. He lied to me for one year that he would get the case reinstated, never happened. Her I am 10 years later suing him for my money which I will probably never see because he has a right to go bankrupt on my judgment. I have after a year of searching found a lawyer to go after him; I'm hoping this will be over June 2011. As for Madden anything that I could think of that is vulgar applies to him.
