Sachin Ramesh Raval

Sachin Ramesh Raval, Esq. is a Partner of Ramchand & Raval, PC (R&R). He represents corporations and individuals worldwide in business and employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, consular matters, naturalization and Department of Labor compliance. Mr. Raval has been recognized for his expertise in managing the full lifecycle of foreign talent retention. Mr. Raval has been invited to speak to industry groups on employee acquisition and regulatory requirements.

Mr. Raval's article on Auction Rate Securities was published in the New York State Bar Association's Business Law Journal. The article won 2nd place for its analysis of the subprime mortgage crisis and its effect on the auction rate securities market. Furthermore, Mr. Raval was an editor for the International Journal of Communications Law and Policy.

Mr. Raval holds a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Investments from New York Law School and the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr. Raval has received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History with minors in Economics and Geography from Rutgers University - New Brunswick. He speaks Gujarati and Hindi.
