Client's I-90 form was completed and submitted. Client suffered severe illness and was rushed to India for chronic liver disease treatment. Biometrics appoint was given to client, however client was ov ... erseas and could not travel. Extensions were filed multiple times and USCIS finally stated that it will be the local manager's option to make time considering all previous appointments (4) were missed. Client came back to USA 1 week after fourth biometrics appointment. Using documentary evidence of treatment, client and I were able to persuade local manager to schedule an appointment for the same day.
