Jeremy Wallace was recommended to me by my real-estate agent when I was buying a house. I am very glad that I followed this recommendation. Mr. Wallace provided an excellent service. He kept the eyes on all aspects of the transactions, and answered all my questions promptly and to the point. I was... quite impressed with the attention to detail Mr. Wallace gave in document review, he caught some inaccuracies and ambiguities potentially saving me a lot of legal trouble down the road. I also appreciated the high signal to noise ration in his communications. As a client I recommend him whole-heartedly.

I was lucky enough to have Jeremy Wallace represent me when I sold my condo in Jersey City and I would highly recommend him and his team. Jeremy knows NJ real estate law very well. I tend to worry a lot and I had bad experience with real estate attorneys before, so I asked him a lot of questions.... Jeremy would always respond promptly and patiently. I came to the conclusion that he really cared about his clients and always had their best interests in mind. On top of that, he was extremely pleasant to work with. His colleague Sheena Martinez was also very thorough and helpful. I could not have been happier with them.

Mr. Wallace completed a real estate closing for us, but we were less than impressed with him. He did not have our best interests at heart, but focused on being paid for the work with minimum effort and time on his part. Any initiative or idea to counter the other party’s excessive demands were devi...sed by us ourselves, he merely proposed them to the other side. He communicated minimally, which meant we had to keep contacting him to find out what was going on. He did the job, but we would not recommend him.
