Mr. Wallace completed a real estate closing for us, but we were less than impressed with him. He did not have our best interests at heart, but focused on being paid for the work with minimum effort and time on his part. Any initiative or idea to counter the other party’s excessive demands were devi...sed by us ourselves, he merely proposed them to the other side. He communicated minimally, which meant we had to keep contacting him to find out what was going on. He did the job, but we would not recommend him.
